We specialize in providing premium pet care with a focus on your pet’s specific needs.
Our primary service area is a 10 mile radius within West Hartford, where we reside. We are a husband/wife team, Kim and Wayne Thomas, with over 20 years experience raising, breeding and caring for cats and dogs. Since pets are our passion, we founded WHPS so that we can make this part of our everyday lives.
As pet owners, we understand that our pets are our constant companions and that we want only what is best for them. We understand the importance of knowing your pet is being well cared for. At WHPS, we are committed to providing reliable and loving care while you are away from home.
Our primary objective is making sure your days are stress free, knowing your pets and your home are receiving the care they are accustomed to in their own environment.
We are bonded, insured and members of several professional organizations including Nat'l Assn. of Professional Pet Sitters, American Behavioral College for Canine Dog Training, Our Companions, ASPCA, The Connecticut Humane Society and West Hartford Chamber of Commerce. We are also certified in Pet First Aid through the American Red Cross.
